William Steffen graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from California State University of Northridge. After 7 years with Invesco Funds Group in retirement plan sales, Mr. Steffen spent the next 5 years as a Sales Director with Janus Funds Group working with financial advisors and other intermediaries. In 2003, he launched Steffen Financial, Inc. with a primary goal of delivering tremendous value to his clients through his "Money Coach" approach, specializing in the Health Savings Account (H.S.A.), and acting as a consultant to other financial professionals. Over his 15 year career, William has acquired the following licenses and certifications: the Series 65 Investment Advisor License (active in Florida); Florida and Arizona Life and Health License (active); Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC) designation (active); and the Series 7, 6, and 63 that are currently inactive to retain his independence of any brokerage firm. Mr. Steffen has authored several articles in industry publications and local papers. In Florida, he participated in the CSI: Health initiative “Get Sarasota County Insured” sponsored by the Community Health Improvement Partnership (CHIP). He has been a guest speaker on numerous radio shows over the years and the energetic presentations that he delivers to the general public at various "Money and Insurance Shows" have received wonderful reviews.

Toni joined Steffen Financial, Inc. in 2006 and is a licensed Arizona and Florida health and life insurance agent. Mrs. Steffen has held a variety of sales and customer service positions in the financial industry for over 10 years, including Invesco Funds and Berger Funds in Colorado. Prior to joining Steffen Financial, Inc., Mrs. Steffen worked as an Investment Associate Manager with Northern Trust Bank in Sarasota, Florida.
